How can we help?

Our primary approach is to build internal capacity in our client’s
organizations. We train internal facilitators and leaders to work with
their teams with tools we provide. We use virtual technology to include
large groups in interventions.

Yes, we are working with clients based on all continents. A lot of our
work is done virtually using some of the latest technologies in virtual
collaboration….and when needed we meet up F2F anywhere in the
world.

We use diagnostics such as GDQ and culture assessments before and
after assignments. We make after action reviews with our clients to
track progress against key performance indicators. We keep track of
awards our clients win for the work we support in. Ultimately, the
client’s business success is our success.

Send us an e-mail and we schedule a first call to see if we can support
you in the specific needs you have. We then co-design the process,
building on all the experiences we already have and at the same time,
always being bold enough to try new approaches and technology.

We are both certified by the International Association of Facilitators to
the highest standard (Master). In addition, we are certified coaches and
accredited to use a wide range of diagnostics tools, such as GDQ, DiSC,

We prefer to work with clients who see us being a partnership, rather
than us being suppliers only. We appreciate working with people from
all levels of the organization to understand all perspectives. It goes
without saying that we prefer to work with clients who are serious
about change and making an impact.

When we have facilitated complex change and it brings about new
fortunes for our clients and their organizations, for example putting
new medicines on the market, or electric vehicles for a more
sustainable world. When our clients win awards for their work, which
they do, we are of course very proud in the background.

With most of our clients, we work in long-lasting partnerships over a
few to many years. That doesn’t necessarily mean that we constantly
spend a lot of time with them, but we know their organisation, their
vision, and needs. The start-up phase becomes very short, and we can
very quickly get into action.

We value being bold, both in ourselves and in our clients. We strive for
excellence in everything we do. We constantly learn new things and
use new technology, pushing ourselves as well as our clients. We care
for each other and the people we work with, and we prioritise
contributing to assignments that will change lives for the better.
